Breanna Neff

Hi, I’m Breanna Neff—founder of Limitless NeuroMind. I am a neurodivergent health and wellness coach with ADHD, and I am also the mother of an incredible child with autism. My journey hasn’t been easy. Navigating a world that is designed for neurotypical minds has come with challenges, frustrations, and moments of feeling misunderstood—for both myself and my son. But through those experiences, I’ve gained something powerful: insight, resilience, and a deep passion for helping others who are walking a similar path. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning, growing, and developing strategies that actually work in real life—not just in theory. I’ve explored ways to improve daily functioning, emotional regulation, routines, communication, and overall well-being for neurodivergent individuals and their families. Everything I share comes from a combination of lived experience, continued education, and a genuine desire to make life easier and more manageable for others. Today, I work with adults and parents of neurodivergent children, providing guidance, support, and practical tools to help navigate everyday life. Whether it’s building structure, improving executive functioning, managing overwhelm, or creating a more supportive home environment, my goal is to meet people where they are and help them move forward with confidence. This is only the beginning. My long-term vision is to create a trauma-informed sensory gym—a safe, supportive space where children can explore, regulate, and grow in an environment designed with their unique needs in mind. This facility will focus on sensory development, emotional safety, and empowerment, especially for children who may not thrive in traditional settings. At Limitless NeuroMind, we are building more than just a sensory gym—we are creating a safe, healing space for children and families who need it most. Our trauma-informed sensory gym is designed specifically for children ages 2–16 who may be navigating autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, or the effects of trauma. Every detail of this space is intentional—from calming zones and sensory-friendly lighting to movement-based play areas that help children regulate their emotions, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. For many children, the world can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to provide an environment where they feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive—without judgment. A place where differences are not just accepted, but celebrated. Your donation directly helps bring this vision to life. Contributions will go toward specialized sensory equipment, therapeutic tools, safety padding, adaptive play structures, and the creation of calming spaces that promote emotional regulation and healing. Funding will also support access to trained, trauma-informed staff and allow us to offer sliding-scale pricing so that families from all backgrounds can benefit from our services. Every dollar moves us closer to opening doors for children who deserve a space built for them—a space where they can grow, heal, and discover their limitless potential.
